Elementary Principal

Arbor Christian Academy (ACA) is seeking a qualified Elementary Principal to walk alongside our mission: “Equip the mind and educate the heart to impact the nation.” 

This role is designed for a seasoned educational leader who is committed to academic excellence, spiritual formation, and building a Christ-centered school culture where students and teachers thrive. 

Prior experience is required, and fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Your Impact 

The Elementary Principal serves as a key leader within our school, partnering with the School Director to strengthen instructional excellence and cultivate a healthy, Christ-centered culture. This includes overseeing curriculum implementation and academic standards, guiding discipline and discipleship practices, and building intentional daily connections with students. Additionally, an essential part of your role involves coaching and developing teachers while maintaining clear communication with families and our local Ministry of Education. 

Through close collaboration with the School Director, you will help cultivate a safe, structured, and flourishing environment where every child is known, challenged, and encouraged to grow in Christ.
