Musical Tour of Germany

My name is Danny Plett and I have been ministering with TeachBeyond since 1992. I’m from Canada and lived in Germany for 22 years. I’m a singer/songwriter, and this summer I performed a 9-concert tour of Germany from June 1 – 19! Stopovers included concerts in Freiburg (in the south), Schneeburg (in the east) and Halver (in the west).  

It’s always incredible to me how God so often uses small things to work powerfully. He takes our humble offerings and multiplies them exponentially just like He did with the 5 loaves and 2 fish to feed the thousands!? 

That’s how I feel when I see what God is doing in the hearts and lives of so many of the people who listen to the songs I write. The stories that folks tell me of the spiritual healing, regeneration, strengthening, encouragement, admonition, comfort, and gentle wooing that the Holy Spirit has done and is doing in their lives through my songs is wonderful! Soli deo Gloria! (Glory to God alone!) 

It's so life-giving to be able to travel, bringing the Good News to people once again! I’m writing this from Saxony, an area of Germany, formerly known as the communist DDR. I first came to this area in 1992, 3 years after the collapse of the Soviet Union. It has personally been a rich privilege to have been able to invest in the lives of precious individuals, and the body of believers in this area of Germany over so many years. God is building His church!
