Vision 2040 Meetings, Equipped and Empowered

In late September, 29 national directors, all our regional vice presidents and our president, David Durance, met in Horsham, England, to do a dive deep into our new strategic plan which covers the next 15 years. The goal was to develop a common understanding of what it means to be a flourishing national entity. Another national director was able to join the meetings online. 

"It is really critical that we are gathered to be equipped and empowered to be able to implement, with God's help, this new strategic plan," said Chrischona Sodji, National Director for Togo. 

Attendees represented TeachBeyond National offices from 7 countries in Asia, 6 countries in the Americas, 9 countries in Europe and 7 countries in Africa. Global leaders joined in on the final day to collaborate in efforts to be globally connected and locally empowered.
