Europe Associate Regional Director, Member Support
In alignment with the TeachBeyond mission, vision, and strategic plan, the Europe Associate Regional Director, Member Support provides strategic leadership for member support across the Europe Region.
As a member of the regional leadership team, this role oversees regional member support systems, leadership development initiatives, and member engagement strategies, ensuring that members, Team Leads, and regional leadership are equipped to thrive in ministry. The Associate Regional Director supervises the Member Support Coordinator and Team Lead Coordinator and serves as the primary liaison between the region and organizational support services, advancing the Vision for the Nations: 2040 through healthy, supported, and effective members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum undergraduate degree in education, intercultural studies, mission studies or related field of study; or equivalent professional career experience.
- Ability to anticipate and follow up, plan schedules, itineraries, record and file minutes, maintain accurate data records, communicate effectively and warmly, and coordinate and support regional activities
- At least 2-years’ cross-cultural missions, preferably in region or other areas related to existing TeachBeyond ministries
- Professional experience in a faith-based non-profit organization, preferably within TeachBeyond
