Antigua Christian Academy is seeking a visionary, faith-filled School Director to lead our campus, cultivate our faculty, and champion our mission of shaping minds through a Biblical worldview. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily school operations, implement institutional policies, and champion the long-term vision of ACA.
• Spiritual Shepherdship: Cultivate a vibrant, Christ-centered culture among staff, students, and families, ensuring alignment with a Biblical worldview. 
• Faculty Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate passionate educators, providing instructional leadership and professional growth opportunities. 
• Curriculum & Excellence: Ensure high academic standards across multi-grade classrooms by guiding curriculum development and assessment strategies.
• Community Relations: Serve as the primary liaison between the school board, parents, and the staffter, and the local community to build strong, supportive partnerships.
• Operational Management: Oversee school administrative duties, resources, and camps safety initiatives to maintain a thriving learning environment. 

• Faith: Devoted follower of Jesus Christ with a mature personal testimony and strong alignment with ACA’s mission, statement of faith, and values.
• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience: Proven leadership experience as a principal, assistant principal, director, or educational administrator, preferably in Christian, international, or multicultural environments.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to build high-performing teams. Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
• Character: Visionary mindset, cultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence, and a servant-hearted approach to leadership.
