Role Description

Lighthouse Primary and Secondary School is seeking to employ a full-time Design & Technology Teacher.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing practical learning opportunities in design, woodworking, problem-solving, and personal development.

Qualifications:

• Possess a B.Ed. in Design and Technology or a degree in Design and Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and a PGCE or alternative qualification in education from a recognised institution
• Be familiar with and experienced in the CIE standards, although this is not a strict requirement 
• Be passionate about student engagement and development
• Be committed to fostering a love for design and engineering among students
