KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deliver engaging, student centered English lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and the school's educational goals.
- Prepare schemes of work, learning resources and assessments that monitor academic progress and support character development.
- Differentiate instruction to respond to varied learning needs, language backgrounds and levels of readiness.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of student attainment and progress.
- Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom and manage it in a consistent, restorative and Christ-centered manner.
- Integrate a Christian philosophy of education and model Christlikeness in relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with colleagues, communicate with parents and contribute to meetings, professional development, chapel and wider school activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree English, Education, English as an Additional Language, Linguistics or related field
- Teaching Certification/License
- One year teaching experience
- Master's degree in English (desired, but negotiable)
- Experience with IGCSE/A Level Cambridge curriculum is an advantage
